OCEAN ROWING

On 13th December 2023, I left La Gomera, Tenerife in an ocean rowing boat.

On 21st January 2024, 39 days 12 hours and 25 minutes later, I set foot on land in Antigua.

3072 miles rowed and a British record broken.

The World's Toughest Row: Atlantic Challenge

One team, one dream, one very big ocean.

The Atlantic Challenge is an annual ocean rowing race from Tenerife to the Caribbean...

3000 miles of nothing but vast open water, 30ft waves, wildlife and whacky weather.

Our Atlantic row was by far the most brutal, unrelenting, arduous, gruelling, wild, crazy and totally epic 39 days of my life. I had the best times and the worst times and everything in between. I am still processing what we achieved; I have so much to say but I am taking the time to collect my thoughts while readjusting to life on land. Watch this space!
